We are able to arrange the tents in many different ways to make them fit however it is up to you to make sure you have enough space to accommodate the tents and allow for your guests to safely move about.  The tents fit best in an open area and clutter free room and measure approximately 3.5 ft wide per tent with an air mattress depth of 62" long.  Please note that we do not move furniture as a safety precaution.  It is recommended to vacuum the area prior to set-up.

Upon rental agreement signing, a refundable $100 deposit will be due to secure the date.  The deposit will be refunded within 48 hours upon party completion and inspection of all rental equipment for damages, stains, etc.  Final payment is due 14 calendar days before your event is to take place.  Failure to do this will result in loss of date and forfeiting your deposit.  The number of tents cannot be altered after final payment.  

Due to the use of LED lighting for the tents, we will need access to a power supply close to where the tents will be set up.  You will need to provide an extension cord to connect to our lights.  

Unfortunately no.  In order to maintain cleanliness and longevity of the equipment they are only for indoor use.  

The recommended age is 5 years and older.  It is in your best interest to not have them jumping on the air mattresses as that could result in damage and loss of security deposit.  

At this time 10 is the maximum number of rentals.  With enough lead time we may be able to accommodate larger requests.  We are always looking to add more based on demand.

We service primarily Hamilton County with some exceptions.  Some of the places we go are as follows:  Fishers, Fortville, Geist, Carmel, Noblesville, Westfield, Zionsville, McCordsville and Pendleton.  Contact us for additional locations as there may be additional delivery fees.

Cleanliness is a priority!  Our items come from a smoke free home and it is recommended that yours is as well.  All Slumber Squad Sleepover items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each rental use.  The pillows that are provided are decorative.  We strongly encourage each party attendee to bring their own pillow from home to rest their head at night.

We all know things come up that are out of our control and we want to try our best to accommodate.  With that being said, party dates may be moved or canceled up to 30 calendar days prior to the event.  If not, you forfeit your deposit.

Slumber Squad Sleepovers reserves the right to take photos upon final setup in your home for use in future promotion on our website.  A photo release will be provided during the delivery process.
